The Rules
We were going to say "there are no rules" because we don't want to hamper creativity and imagination, and we don't want to spoil the fun nature of the competition.
Unfortunately though we do need to set out some rules which will protect your images. We want you to be assured that your images remain yours. The competition gallery is sponsored by a photographer, and the competition rules have been written by a professional photographer.
The key points:
You retain the full copyright of your images.
By entering the competition you are agreeing to your images being used on the competition gallery site and, if successful, in the pages of the book "A Window View Of Your Train Journey".
We may also use your images to promote the competition.
Published images will always be credited to the photographer in the form of a copyright notice.
We will not use your images for any other purposes other than those above.
We do not assume the right to use your images in any way other than those above.
We really want you, the photographer, to have complete confidence that your photographs will not be used in any other way.
If you have any concerns regarding the rules please contact us.
Now for the jargon (notice we haven't made it really small print):

The term "the book" refers to the book titled "A Window View of Your Train Journey" which will be sold to raise funds for HEADWAY TEESSIDE.
The theme is open to individual interpretation but entries must be relevant to the theme.
